We knew that selling our home was going to be a great challenge. We purchased our home in 2005 when the market was high.The market had depreciated at least 20% when we considered selling. Linda knocked on our door one Sunday morning and we were surprised and happy to see her. I think she was even more surprised when we let them in the house! Her "get up and go" and "can-do" attitude really impressed us. She didn't try and downgrade the value of the house in order to make a quick sale like the other brokers from other companies did. From day one, we felt like she was working for us. We felt she valued the home correctly. Linda never pressured us to lower the price. Linda is extremely trustworthy. We went on vacation and even gave her the keys and didn't even think about it twice. Her communication is exemplary and I wouldn't hesitate to use Linda again. She is honest and fair and she got the job done at the price that we wanted. What more could a seller ask for? Linda eschewed open houses and profiled every person before they came into the house. The next time I need to sell or buy a house, I will not hesitate to use Linda again.

Linda Chen understood the special circumstances of selling a home for reluctant elderly residents (in-laws). She knew how difficult it would be for them to leave a home they'd lived in for 35 years.
